Our sourcing team executed during some very stressful times and received numerous awards and accolades. • Supported numerous searches on a day-to-day basis staying focused to deliver talent on time and budget during highly tumultuous times with business needs pivoting and upper management changes being a matter of routine. • Early in my recruiting career I supported and helped to grow a small services contract we had with MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA. I successful placed dozens of engineers and scientists into their technical groups. • I supported an international program in the South Pacific and sent dozens of US citizens to our OCONUS location for both unaccompanied and accompanied tours of duty with 2-year commitments. • I moved up from that point into LM’s corporate headquarters landing a role on our most prestigious tech recruiting team where we supported all the business sectors and tested out new cutting-edge tools and techniques to support the needs the entire multibillion dollar portfolio of the business areas.
