Prior to founding Stage Ready Financial Planning, he worked as a Financial Planner in Dayton, OH at a large financial services firm. With a past career in education, Joe is a big believer in making sure his clients have the education necessary to make great decisions about their finances. He look forward to continuing to serve families in Ohio and beyond while combining his love for teaching and passion for financial freedom. In addition to his years of experience, Joe has earned degrees from Wright State University, the University of Houston, and an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Xavier University. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a member of the XY Planning Network. Joe and his wife Kristen live in Oakwood, OH with their dachshund pups, Lily and Henry. In his free time, Joe is passionate about his family, fitness, the ocean, music, and grilling great food.
