About Anne Stagg
With over five years of experience in health research and evaluation, I am passionate about understanding the impact of chronic pain, sleep problems, and long-term health conditions on wellbeing and employment. I have a strong background in health psychology and cardiovascular pharmacology, and an interest in behaviour-change in the context of health coaching. I am currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, where I work with a collaborative team to improve the health and wellbeing of NHS staff.In my current role, I am developing a survey to understand the impact of Shift Work Sleep Disorder in NHS staff who work nights and rotating shifts. I have previously project managed an evaluation of all health and wellbeing interventions offered to staff at Guys and St Thomas' Hospital Trust. I have developed skills in advanced statistical analysis, health coaching, active listening, negotiation and presenting, which helps me carry out health research and to communicate effectively with stakeholders and disseminate findings.
