The first CO2 recovery system for small craft brewers!• Continually work on new engineering/techniques for installation which would improve system performance, lower installation costs and reduce travel time. • Access new leads, joining in pre-sale conference calls and providing specialized craft brewery knowledge and support to the sales effort as needed. • Work with each new contracted brewery on installation strategy. • Analyze unique variables to the brewery which would affect performance, installation cost or other. • Assist brewers in sourcing needed parts for installation or operation. • Maintain working relationship with key brewery personnel by assisting with operational issues, warranty or replacement part issues and carbon filter replacement. • Offer suggestions on product enhancements and or new model applications. • Report any breakdowns or malfunctions of equipment that you become aware of. • Develop, implement and keep operating manual updated with revised operating procedures. • Work with brewers on warranty issues and parts replacements.

Previous Positions: Cook Operator, Distillation TechnicianAdvanced to increasingly responsible positions, culminating in management role with oversight & responsibility of entire plant process and daily operations with 60mm gal per year production.Run, monitor and adjust 99% of all plant parameters and processes, equipment and ingredients from a D.C.S. computer system.Maintain an honorable, efficient, knowledgeable crew of 4 to run the plant at peak performance at all times. Understand the detailed process and have extensive knowledge of cooking, fermentation, distillation to achieve maximum yield and operations.Daily inventory control, usage & evaluation.Transposed daily operations to achieve daily, monthly, and annual goals.Troubleshoot and solve any problems that may arise during 24/7 production.Complete mass maintenance on plant 6 days per year.
