Internationalist specializing in migration research, public policy and humanitarian worker, with broad experience working in international and multicultural environments.Grandon has dedicated his life to address human rights issues, upward mobility and equitable access for vulnerable Haitian descendants migrating into foreign markets such as; Latin American, US and European territories. He mentors with the Global Startup Ecosystem and Haitians in Tech through their annual internship program and he is a member of several inter & non governmental organizations including the All Africa Youth Congress (Congres Panafricain de la Jeunesse), United Nations ECLAC, Young Entrepreneurs Organization of the European Union, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.During 2014 to 2017, he assisted thousands of Haitians in Brazil & Chile with job placement, immigration services and helping civilians maintain basic human rights, making sure their rights were protected as foreign nationals. Leveraging his relationships with over 15+ consulates globally has enabled the protection of Haitian civilians in these markets.He has overseen health, education and agricultural programs in poverty stricken territories and has worked extensively with several partners including program and donor UN Member States, civil society, private sector and multilateral institutions. Since 2015, his organization MOUN Ayiti in partnership with organizations in their education and health network, have hosted several free mobile clinics, covered hundreds in tuition payments, patient fees and maternity fees for new & expectant mothers, providing over $600,000 in support to fellow Haitians globally. In 2016, MOUN Ayiti created a network of over 250 associations and local finance coops to launch a microfinance solution to enable local farmers, merchants and small business owners.In addition to MOUN Ayiti, he is the co-founder of Tchovi Foundation, a social service non-profit servicing children and families in Haiti, and Solcité, a public benefit corporation building sustainable smart cities through community and technology.2023 will mark the emergence of a true partnership and launch of the Haiti2050 Initiative through #Solcité Agile Coach, Multilingual professional scrum master, supporting projects teams to optimize their processes of software development & delivery.
