My research and teaching is focused mainly on understanding law through the prism of sociological theory and social and political philosophy. I’m particularly interested in issues connected with social (in)equality and the role of (anti)discrimination law, the institutional position of courts, including the process of judicial decision-making and legal argumentation, legal education, as well as legislative drafting and procedure.
