Generating credible and cross-functional relationships with potential clients (telecom operators MNOs, broadband networks ISP, small businesses and homes, government, etc.), providers (Tower Co, Fiber Co, submarine cables, RAN vendors, satellite, Wi-Fi, content and media, etc.) to create new business models.Creation/develop of new revenues streams and areas like Alliances, B2B, new products for B2C and B2B business like digital platforms for the rural environment all supported in our assets already deployed and lunch new initiatives like JUNTOS CONECTAMOS, that allow us collect resources from public and private sectors to connect more rural towns.• Responsible of IPT revenues: USD45MM year• Responsible of partial IPT OPEX: USD 15MM yearProduct Marketing activities: From a year ago responsible of the digital’s communications (social media) and the generation of events in IPT (inaugurations, workshops, congresses, commercial and technical dialogue tables, among others). Design our communication and go to market plan for JUNTOS CONECTAMOS, generate alliances with technology partners like MSFT-AIRBAND to manage the first TVWS 4G backhaul pilot, it was a success.

In charge of managing the wholesale traditional business units and responsible of create new models and revenue streams based on Telefonica assets (MVNO, rural initiatives, alliances, digital platforms). We create the first MVNO (Virgin mobile) in Perú the first rural company (IPT) a NaaS telecom operator (valuation, spinoff, M&A).• Implement and develop new businesses for the area• Formulate, analyze, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the budget and strategic plans of the area
