- Delivered high quality code to a continuously deployed cloud based portal that provides management and subscriptions to SaaS based offerings.- Implemented the storefront portal integration with a third party eCommerce engine in order to sell subscription based offerings. This work included understanding of subscription based workflows and collaboration with marketing, billing ops and our eCommerce partners Zuora and Avangate- Refactor of the portal Data and Service Layer in order to correctly use Hibernate and increase overall performance.- Inherited the database migration strategy and simplified multiple manual steps into an automated process using Flyway. In addition to automated migrations I also provided a way for developers to test migrations on their local dev boxes allowing them to catch defects before they were deployed to test stacks.- Implementation of the ability to “repair” data that may have been incorrectly stored in Salesforce or Zuora. This included front and back end development that ensured that data stored in the portal was equivalent to that stored in third party systems- Current responsibilities include backend development for cloud based portal, participation in agile requirements planning and execution, architecture discussions, code reviews and collaboration with eCommerce partner.

- Part of a small team that maintained the JetAdmin Cloud Team Foundation Server. Responsibilities included management and training of source/version control, build/test virtual environments, TFS permissions, check-in policies, sharepoint/reporting services and disaster recovery/failover.- Owned and maintained the build scripts and definitions that built JetAdmin Cloud as well as the setup and configuration of the continuous integration workflow- Helped to design and maintain the continuous integration workflows used to ensure quality of the JetAdmin Cloud infrastructure.- Created and maintained scripts to deploy the JetAdmin Cloud product into the AWS environment. This involved the design of a highly available architecture that supported failover and redundancy- Designed reports and SQL queries with SQL Management Studio and Microsoft Report Builder in order to display information collected from Team Foundation Server. This work involved writing queries against the TFS Data Warehouse and OLAP Cube.- Lead and helped develop a Application Lifecycle Manager(ALM)/Team Foundation Server Synchronizer in order to keep ALM in sync for partners- Mentored two new hires and brought them up to speed on agile planning, processes and development practices
