CurrentAnticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutionsManages day-to-day business of the operations team while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk managementWorks closely with Operations Director on other special planning and team projectsOversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metricsIdentifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and executionCollaborates with other departments to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company valuesCollaborates with transitions and onboarding team as neededRaises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalates to appropriate level when requiredEstablishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendorsSolicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and supportSupports training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are metStays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technologyWorks closely with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practicesOther related tasks as assigned
