Established in 1987, Regent Recruitment is a boutique agency with offices in ACT, Melbourne and Sydney.Whilst at Regent I was responsible for business development and account management within private enterprise and Local and Federal Government. When I initially commenced I came on as a contractor to oversee and manage the bulk recruitment process for APS4/5 EA's for the newly merged DHS portfolio. I then transitioned into the role of Account Manager for 65 contractors with the view to growing my desk through business development and the provision of exceptional customer service.
