- Create new designs of glass balustrade systems, based on the customer needs and feedback;- Develop products and product documentation:• 3D models and drawings with SolidWorks for plastic injection molding and aluminum extrudedcomponents;• Product specifications;• Test specifications and test reports;- Perform FEA with SolidWorks in order to assure the product design meets the required mechanical loads;- Communicate with customers about system requirements;- Communicate with supplier about component requirements;- Develop a PLM system, which will serve as a baseline for the development of new products;- Assure safety compliance in accordance with the EU norms;

- Review and approve design documentation of new and derivative products for the HVOR industry;- Develop strategies and action plans, in order to assure a flawless project execution, as per APQP;- Perform workload analysis of the design engineers, in order to assure there would be no delays inprojects;- Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 meetings, and quarterly and yearly performance reviews with employees;- Work in a multi-functional team to create a strategy for improvement of the manufacturing performanceindicators, by using the Hoshin Kanri process;- Participation in make site continuous improvement and cost reduction projects;- Prepare product documentation (3D models and drawings with Creo, product and test specifications,customer reports);- Communicate with customers and suppliers.

- Planning of Base Maintenance events for different types of aircraft - Airbus A320, A330 and A340Families, Boeing 737 Classic & Next Generation, Boeing 757 and 767;- Preparing job cards related to customer's work package;- Preparation of man hour load and capacity plans;- Evaluation of customer workpackage in terms of material and manhour forecasting;- Pre-loading consumable materials for Base Maintenance and;- Development and preparation of project plans and critical path analysis;- Quotation of customer requests;- Participation in project and customer meetings;- Preparation, customization and revision of work documents for production;- Preparation of reports for the progress of the layover;
