    As the SDM, I am responsible for the oversight of the Software, Database, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams in BlueGrace Technology. As part of my role, I structured the team in to multiple feature teams that work independently, but collaborate among common applications.I have been able to leverage all of my experiences that I've developed over the years, and use them to structure the strongest team possible, hiring top talent, and placing like-minded individuals together, increasing cohesiveness among team-members, which ultimately helps drive performance.I work directly with our Product Design & Strategy team to help with the technology roadmap, and ensure that proper LOE and timelines are adhered to. I was tasked with revamping our entire SDLC process, which has proven to be very successful, resulting in 5-10+ deploys daily, and creating a strong feedback loop from the business. While I still actively participate in contributing to the development and code reviews of certain products, my focus in this role has been to ensure people are in the proper positions, and that being a part of BlueGrace Technology is a genuinely great place to work.
