Played various roles at the Regional Institute for Population Studies (RIPS);- As a contributing research assistant to the "Cities and Climate Change Project", we assessed the adverse effects of climate variability, adaptive capacities and resilience strategies of vulnerable groups in poor urban communities. - Provided research consultancy for a maternal and reproductive health research project sponsored by Willows International with support from Harward University and Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation and implemented by RIPS. - Contributing research assistant on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) in poor urban communities where we assisted vulnerable aged people living with NCDs to cope and manage their conditions, and also produced a "Cook Book", a Food Index for the study area.

IDC Energy Ltd is a renewable energy projects development entity and a power sector procurement and engineering consultancy.+ My Key Responsibilities included;- Led the development of a 20MW Solar PV project in Tilli in partnership with Windiga Energie of Canada - including regulatory compliance, PPA negotiations, site identification and negotiation, and community engagement. - Consulted for electricity generators such as Volta River Authority (VRA) in the areas of procurement, project design and implementation. - Supplied spares to major power producers. - Conducted feasibility and baseline studies on off-grid and mini-grid solar power solutions for remote communities and lakeside communities. - Led site acquisition and land negotiations for grid-scale solar PV projects.- Coordinated, in partnership with Wellhead Electric Inc, the implementation of a dual fuel (diesel/LNG) conversation project for the 80MW Mines Reserve Plant (MRP) at Tema. - identified, pursued and participated in EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFPs in power projects, procurement, energy efficiency consultancy, feasibility studies, etc.
