Current activity is the performance of internal compliance audits for a national automotive parts company.Past activities:Establishment of Human Resource policies, mechanized agent scheduling package and site selection, building design and construction for a Denver based telemarketing Company. The site selection involved negotiations with the govenors of South Dakota and Colorado for subsidies for building, hiring and training costs.Assesment and modification of a cumbersome payroll system for Sears Roebuck. This included a reduction of headcount in a department from 107 to 43 people, initially, and then designing a way to eliminate the entire department while improving payroll preparation control and quality.Design of mechanized system to track warranty parts for Best Buy.Implementation of the Lawson Inventory system for the Product Services division of Sears Roebuck.

Junior Traveling Auditor – April 1966 through March 1967. .Store Controller -Lawton Oklahoma April 1967 to March 1971.Staff Assistant to the Kansas City Region Retail Controller.Field Implementer for the first version of mechanized payroll.Payroll Center Manager – Kansas City Region 28,000 people in 215 Units in five states.Store Controller – April 1976 through March 1977 “A” Store, Woodland Hills, Tulsa Oklahoma, with Broken Arrow and Shawnee added. This included construction accounting of the store and hiring and training a mostly new and inexperienced staff.Group Auditor – Denver Group – April 1977 through December 1977. Store Controller – January 1978 through March 1982 “A” Store, Southglenn, Colorado with Bear Valley, Fort Collins, and “A” Store Southwest Plaza. This included construction accounting and opening of Southwest Plaza.Region Internal Controller – April 1982 through January 1989 Rocky Mountain Region, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Utah.Interim Regional Controller -Rocky Mountain Region.Regional Audit Supervisor (Manager) February 1989 through March 1993 responsibility of supervising 11 Field Auditors covering the largest audit population and geographical area in the company which included every Sears unit of any type in the Western half of the States of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas and the entire states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska and Hawaii.
