•2002 led a team to develop partnerships between PND Engineers, LB Foster Co, and PilePro to further develop and establish the Open Cell Design as the leading port design worldwide.•2004 led new product development of sheet piling profiles to better compete worldwide.•2005 opened new markets for sheet piling into Europe growing into over $30 million per in sales annually and over $140 million in sales in North America.•2006 led the paradigm shift in North America with PilePro to convert the market from fabricated sheet piling connections to more efficient extruded connectors establishing strategic market share gains for piling products.•2007 participated in the Management Due Diligence of selling Chaparral Steel to Gerdau for $4.2 billion. Involved in the strategic planning in the sale resulting in shareholder gain of 835% in share price from original IPO two years earlier. This remains the largest historical financial steel asset sell on a per capacity ton basis.
