Through 25+ years of responsibility in various roles for world-class international companies, I have demonstrated:a) a passion for connecting with people and establishing a good working rapport to accomplish mutually beneficial goals,b) skill in communication with varied populations - ranging from OE Customers, Plant Staff, Shop Floor colleagues and external vendors, andc) effectively identifying problems and proposing solutions to drive improved business results for current as well as future projects.These polyvalent roles have involved technical work with Quality tools, data systems/ documentation, and the people involved with their daily use. I have received commendations for my enthusiasm and skill in public speaking throughout my Michelin career of 16+ years.I was a key contributor for OE visits / Audit events, New Hire On-Boarding, Supplier Quality improvement, Product Field Evaluations with OE Customers, TWEEL NPS follow up, and now am part of the OPE Upstream software deployment [Bib Stock Management].I earned Lead Quality System Auditor status early in my Michelin career, and have visited all but one of our U.S., Canadian, and Mexican tire and semi-finished plants – and have built a strong network of professional colleagues in various metiers.I earned a M.A. in Education at Furman before starting my teaching career as a Science instructor here in Greenville. After 5 years in the local classroom, my wife and I enjoyed 2 years with the Ecole International Michelin in Clermont-Ferrand, FRANCE in the mid-1990’s during the ramp-up phase of the US7 Plant. I integrate easily with other cultures and people (having worked for local German component manufacturer Stueken, LLC for 7 years before being invited to come back to Michelin) and thrive on being a Contributor in life – and look forward to this new challenge.I look forward to discussing how I can make a significant contribution to your team in 2020 and beyond.Thank you.
