• Perform a qualitative and quantitative analysis for small to medium size companies to increase above and below the line profit margin by 4x-6x. i• Comprehensive review of regulatory (legal), marketing, human resources and financial systems, including but not limited to, monthly and year-end balance sheet, profit and loss statements and sales reports. • Interview management and lower level employees regarding production and efficiency. Creating effective C-Level leaders and mentors allowing for greater vision of the company and retaining employees.
