This included network, telephony, storage, compute, NOC and user services.

As a Global Logistics Manager, I was responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, including shipping and receiving operations. I developed logistics strategies, managed vendor relationships, and ensured compliance with customs regulations. My key duties involved coordinating transportation with vendors such as Federal Express, UPS, and DHL, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods. I also tracked shipments to ensure on-time delivery, conducted quarterly reviews with vendors to assess performance, and managed contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, I handled risk mitigation, performance tracking, and cost management. I led a team, integrated technology to streamline operations, and implemented sustainable logistics practices

Strong cross organizational partnerships with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing to solve complex business problems by bringing process, policy, data, and systems together. Managed over 200 customers/accounts for all laptop, server and desktop build configurations to include all hardware and software modifications. Increased net profit of ($15000) to $60,000 per month while expanding my staff from 45-60 Configuration Technicians based on greater volume still netting plus profitability. Worked with Central Sales Department on organized customer roll-outs for WAMU, PeopleSoft and Sybase resulting in $400 million in sales. Opened and established configuration center in Memphis, TN by way of DataFlex acquisition/merger. Trained management and configuration staff, created and provided business operations plan. Maintained ISO 9002 certification through three successful audits and passed six AAP (Assembly Authorizations Program) audits to maintain certification with IBM.

Managed Warehouse and Configuration Center which included all inbound/outbound materials, inventory assets and RMA processes.
