Halliburton Consulting and Project Management Division: • Chief Advisor and Global Director (Petroleum Engineering), March 2011 – January 2012• Global Director, Geosciences & Acting Director, Petroleum Engineering (September 2010 - February 2011 • Global Director, Geology and Geophysics – Jan. 2010 – Aug. 2010: Stan managed global consulting practices within a 400+-person organization, focused on delivering to clients projects ranging from exploration and prospect generation, green-field development, mature field revitalization, and improved recovery (EOR), and unconventional (shale, CBM). Key focus areas in 2010-2011 were capital intensive field planning, gas and oil shale development, and carbon storage. In 2011 he took on a role as Technical Project Manager for production optimization and intelligent field implementation for a large middle-Eastern oil field. He managed global technical experts and ensures quality delivery. Example companies engaged in 2010-2011 include Kuwait Oil Company, Sonatrach, Aramco, Eni, Ecopetrol, Total, Japex, and Pemex. The role involves project management, budgeting, proposal preparation, peer review, business development and marketing, and management of professional staff. He represents the business unit on Halliburton’s Intellectual Property Committee and on the Technical Publications Review Board.

Stan led technology initiatives to improve growth of reserves, production, and project economics. He worked closely with Reservoir Management and Production Optimization departments on field development planning, economics, real-time production, and reservoir modeling technologies for conventional and unconventional production. He worked closely with the Consulting group and with major IOCs and NOCs to execute E&P project studies, and to train and mentor staff. He took a lead role in technology development for Halliburton’s capability to execute carbon dioxide sequestration projects in saline aquifers and depleted reservoirs. Stan represented the business unit on Halliburton’s Intellectual Property Committee and on the Technical Publications Review Board.Significant accomplishments: • Had lead role in carbon sequestration research and development; co-author of internal white paper for executive management and paper at GHGT10. • Had a lead role in analysis of “smart well” technology implementation. • Initiated and led major corporate business and technology alliance to integrate downstream production technology into upstream well performance optimization (patent applications). • Developed enabling simulation technology which formed a core for consulting . • Leader in tight gas evaluations: published article in Oil and Gas Financial Journal; • Trained and mentored more than forty technical staff
