Relevant data was internally shared to adjust our production planning when necessary and maintain good and healthy inventory levels on our end.Based on this data, multiple partner meetings took place annually, where we discussed the necessary steps to achieve the (mutual) budget set at the beginning of the year.Supporting with the import process by ensuring all export documents were accurate and that all of our products met the specific requirements of the respective regions/countries.Actively participating in international projects aimed at optimizing processes within Dunlop Protective Footwear, including the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O and CE, the launch of a Business-to-Business portal, and establishing EDI connections with our partners.Managing the order book, coordinating between our production facility in Portugal, and providing various administrative support within the team.
