As President of Trammell Crow Central Texas, my responsibilities included overseeing a staff of 180 people that encompassed all product lines including brokerage, development, property management, accounting, and human resources. As a member of Trammell Crow Company's National Operating Committee, I worked closely with counterparts throughout the country in implementing corporate initiatives. I pursued new business opportunities that included the evaluation of the risk and reward level to the company. I was responsible for raising equity, coordinating financing, and reviewed all costs to keep projects within budget. Major projects that I was directly involved with included Dell Computer Corporation's World Headquarters and Campus, Tokyo Electron America's Headquarters and Campus, and the Lower Colorado River Authority's Campus on Lake Austin boulevard.
