As a client manager for ILM, I am responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients that support the goals for renewal, retention, growth, and profitability. Client Managers work in tandem with production staff to ensure that jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the company’s standard for quality. Client Managers evaluate the performance of service agreements, quality levels, and financials within their accounts. As a client manager, I own the client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. My book of business consists of over 80 clients and $1M worth of contracts.

I am one of a few managers that run the entire operations of the company. Epic is the second largest valet company based out of Arizona with over 30 accounts and roughly 100 employees. While being a large company with an 18 year history, the culture is very much like that of a start up. Our office is a tight knit group of professionals who all excel in their own department, while at the same time being flexible enough to pick up the slack when a team member is not present. In addition to various tasks necessary to run the office; I am directly responsible for the recruitment and job satisfaction of all active employees.

I was responsible for driving a shuttle provided by the University to pick up and drop off students in a timely manner. I was also responsible for navigating multiple shuttles around the campus as efficiently as possible to keep wait times low.
