    Responsible for inside sales, customer service, inventory control, and warehouse operations for three branches with revenue in excess of $40M. I manage the inside sales team at all levels, including performance management and account assignments. I wrote the district’s default customer price strategy. Serve as the primary trainer for WESCO’s operating system and related business applications. Review daily sales and margin reports. Respond to customer issues as needed. Make customer site visits when needed to improve customer service and promote our total cost of ownership proposition. Review and approve quotations to insure compliance with company policies, revenue expectations, and level of authority approval. Assist the district manager with budgeting and forecasting. Train employees on products. Insure that new product roll outs and promotions are presented to the inside sales team. Work with Global Account team and outside sales representatives to insure we are competitive in the market. Set profit margins on sales. Work with suppliers on sales plans. I led a team that wrote standard work procedures when creating, renewing, and reviewing special price agreements with suppliers. Key Deliverables IncludeDistrict revenues have grown every year except one since 2000. District had record sales, margin dollars, and IBT in 2014. 2014 was the fifth year in row of record sales. By improving processes we were able to hold head count through 4 years of sales growth. Operating expenses remained within budget.
