Throughout my career, I have provided speaking, workshop, and consulting services to organizations but only recently created an LLC for such purposes. I provide the following services:-Speak and provide workshops on topics including change management and creating readiness for change, leadership and motivation, strategic planning, organizational culture.

In my Emeritus role in retirement, I continue to teach in the EMBA and PEMBA programs and provide training through Auburn's Center for Professional and Career Development.

I taught the Organizational Leadership, Ethics, & Change course to all incoming EMBA and PEMBA students. I was also a facilitator in the MBA iLEAD leadership workshop series. My research focusing on leadership and change management has been cited over 15,000 times. Four articles on creating readiness for change combined have been cited over 6,500 times.

For 8 1/2 years I had the privilege of working with a great team of staff and faculty to deliver and enhance Auburn's Harbert College of Business's highly regarded fulltime, online, executive, and physicians executive MBA programs, MS programs, graduate certificates, and international activities.
