Mud Music Ensemble is dedicated to the creation and performance of new music composed and led by woodwind player and composer, Stan Harrison. With compositions unbounded by restrictions of style, and instrumentation that is fluid and flexible, Mud Music Ensemble is devoted to the concepts of variation, expansion and contraction, creating an ever changing performing and listening experience.Currently the ensemble is performing original works for saxophone, string quartet, acoustic bass and percussion.

The Gluten Free Global Initiative (GFGI) was formed with the primary purpose of raising funds for Celiac Disease research. This will be accomplished by publishing a gluten-free cookbook filled with delicious recipes contributed by master chefs from around the world. The cookbook will be unique in that the ENTIRE proceeds will go to the Celiac Disease Center at at Columbia University in New York CityThis beautiful book will also include:• Gorgeous food photography of the dishes• Interviews with the chefs as well as with the researchers at the forefront of medical discovery• Discussions with those living with Celiac disease • A forward by Dr. Peter Green, founder and head of the Celiac Disease Center.A secondary but no less important purpose is that of creating a greater awareness on an international level of the universality of celiac disease - no culture is spared - and the need to create a safe, gluten-free dining experience for those traveling the world or simply trying to stay healthy at home.
