The range of projects included video conference facilities, boardrooms and classrooms, auditoria, data centers and custom residential.

Professional technical services provided to a variety of clients, including: audio-video/visual systems consulting, client needs analysis; design development & system engineering; construction-level and as-built document packages, including AutoCAD creation of architectural detailing, rack elevations, system signal-flow diagrams, panel designs and termination (pin-out) details; pre-wire documents and runlisting; BOM creation; proposal & RFP/RFQ & other project technical writing; project management; company strategic planning & company management; participation in personnel and HR issues. Supervision and design review of technical team proposals, designs and documentation. Environmental & mechanical systems control interfaces; Control system logic design.

Overall responsibility for project AV systems design and engineering. Duties Included: Project needs analysis and programming, design development, budgetary development and proposal for AV projects incorporating RGB, video, display, broadband, audio, data, kvm, and control systems. Structural, millwork, architectural, mechanical, lighting and electrical system coordination. Equipment and materials list completion. Production of final engineering documentation package, including CAD documents, runlists, conduit plans, labels and schedules. Coordination with client and third parties, as well as coordination with installation crew, project manager and programmer to ensure effective flow of information and successful project completion.

Management of 9-person engineering and design department for AV systems integration company. Responsibilities included: engineering standards development, coordination and scheduling of engineering and CAD resources; engineering and CAD project estimating; training program coordination and implementation; liaison with other departments, notably Sales, Install and Operations. Outside resource development. Departmental administrative functions including: headcount, performance reviews, scheduling, interdepartmental relations, process improvement, etc.
