- Successfully set up business development strategy for the South Iraq - and entered Iraq market in 2013 by securing the biggest ESP contract for the next 5 years.- Working on securing other major ESP work in South Iraq to solidify Novomet's position in the market.- Working on diversifying Novomets portfolio of services- Secured 2 out of 3 Major Contracts in South Iraq

- Delivered an Upsell on the existing projects in excess of 15 million (including also D&E segment such as Wireline – VSP, Pressure Pumping – Stimulation). - Implemented and set up SMP (Strategic Marketing Plan) for the BHI Iraq strategy growth for the 2012-2015. - Set up Market Entry strategy for Kurdistan Region of Iraq for the next 3 years. - Contract Negotiations with the Operators in the south and north, minimizing over all exposure of the BHI. Successfully negotiated more than 10 contracts with the Major Operators in the south ranging from (Upstream Chemicals to Drilling Fluids) concentrating on decreasing/removing LDs and over all liability.

- Set up a process/ procedures to execute tender for 8 BHI Porudctlines (excluding IO) - Optimized process 3 months after implementation and was able to execute 151 tenders and quotes from August 2011 to June 2012 with the team of 2 people.- Reduced disqualification rate to less than 1.9% percent on all Iraq tendering activity from 10%.

- Designed, managed, and engineered the production systems and well installations for 3 Major Field in Iraq (Zubair, Rumaila, West Quarna I) plus performed reservoir evaluation to increased contracts value by 5 million with out of scope upsell. - Responsible for setting up teardown and testing workshop (Competitive advantage and differentiation point for Artificial Lift product line in Iraq)- P&L responsibilities for the Artificial Lift Iraq product line

- Recipient of Core Value Award – Performance. - Implemented number of major Initiatives for BHI Artificial Lift headquarters (Claremore, US) to ensure flawless execution of the subsea/offshore projects, major ones listed below: - Material Traceability Initiative (Part of the material Traceability Delivery Team – project was success further differentiating BHI offering for the subsea/offshore applications vs land applications) - Regional Offshore/Subsea Service and Repair Facilities (Global Set up of the Offshore/Subsea repair capabilities) and Global Project Engineering system for Offshore/Subsea applications. - Technical Services Labor Tracking & Recharge process. Created a system of tracking labor on the per project basis and charging it back to the region (improved self-sufficiency of the Project Engineering department in Claremore)

Application Engineering / Project Management Support- Recipient of Core Value Award – Teamwork. - Conducted various completions with ESP Designs, designs analysis for various applications (from high temperature applications – SAGD to offshore/subsea application). - Specialized in the harsh environment applications (HPHT) and high intervention cost applications (subsea/offshore)- Updated Microsoft Access searchable database and created several new reports to help tracking current projects and Engineering requests, as well as set up time tracking and foundation for the backcharging the regions for the SME help and support. Initiated benchmarking for the development of the Global Project Management Tool Clarity PPM.

- Recipient of Core Value Award – Teamwork. - Worked extensively on the Technical and Commercial Proposals for BHI operations worldwide- Acquired working knowledge of SAP, Product Selector, S&OP and other internal company tools. - Rotation Assignment Management Program (HIPOT program within Baker Hughes) – spend 9 months working in various departments of the internal support organization and has been exposed to: manufacturing (hands on experience in assembly and disassembly of ESP equipment), inventory, logistics, and order management, sales and tendering.
