The company experienced significant growth, evolving from a single collaborator to a team of 30 professionals. I had the opportunity to witness the full expansion, from the start-up phase and the excitement of securing the first investment, to national and international growth, earning industry-wide recognition. During this journey, I was responsible for overseeing and developing the North-Central region, ensuring optimal growth and leveraging all opportunities for success.

Over time, I took on a leadership role, guiding a team of four members with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Our efforts were directed primarily towards optimizing the platform’s user experience, while also developing key features to increase partner visibility and drive engagement.

As one of the first contributors, joining four months after the app's launch, I initially started as a sales professional, taking on a wide range of responsibilities. I managed both the 'hunting' aspect—acquiring new customers, onboarding clients from competitors, conducting field visits—and the 'farming' side, which involved implementing new features and providing ongoing support.

Being my first serious job, I learned the ethics of working in a corporation, even for a short time. I learned what a target means, what it means to take a break on time and especially how to deal with the client.The project I was in charge of was Samsung Romania.
