I have served as a senior executive and trusted advisor to CEO’s, CFO’s and Boards of Directors for over 25 years leading Strategy, Mergers and Acquisition, R&D, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Public Affairs and Marketing functions. This experience includes multiple dual track sale processes with a record setting IPO outcome, spin-offs, trade sales, private and public market debt and equity raises, as well as crisis management, and other strategic and financial transactions across global organizations and diversified industries. Having helped companies navigate through acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, fraud investigations, regulatory scrutiny, operational failures, man-made and natural disasters and geopolitical issues. With operational and staff function experience in global organizations based in the US and Europe, I have extensive work experience abroad, particularly in central Europe. Industry experience includes Multi-Industrials, Energy Transmission, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Clean Tech, amongst others.I have also had the pleasure to serve on the Boards of Directors of several private companies that have been either Private Equity or Family Office owned portfolio companies. A former US military officer, I have both graduate and undergraduate degrees in engineering and was a licensed Professional Engineer. While at West Point, was hugely fortunate and extremely proud to captain the Army football team. Currently the President of the Army Football Club.
