The Center of Hope is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to helping others break the cycle of poverty in Parker County, focusing on relationships and accountability. The Director is responsible for providing oversight for all aspects of the Weatherford Center of Hope, providing leadership, program development, administration, and management to all staff and volunteers.- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in maintaining existing high-quality programs, and partner with program development personnel and other Center Directors in developing and evaluating new programs, while being responsive to the needs of our target clientele.- Responsible for recruiting, training, and terminating, if necessary, personnel for the program areas, according to established Center of Hope guidelines. - Ensure all functional operations at the Weatherford Center are managed in accordance with Center of Hope guidelines and that the Center is in the position to deliver on all objectives to clientele. - Prepare annual budgets for the operation of the Weatherford Center.- Develop and build relationships with local churches and donors to provide continued support to Center of Hope objectives.- Represent the Center of Hope in local and state public meetings of civic, business, professional, government, and church related people to acquaint all groups and individuals with the needs and the accomplishments of Center of Hope, as well as to solicit involvement and support.- Mentor, coach, develop, and recruit high level talent to ensure continued ability to deliver the high quality of services and programs to clients.

Responsible for the performance of a significant technical, structured, intelligence related program in accordance with contractual requirements, as well as government rules and regulations, company policies, procedures and guidelines. Us Jfcom, Joint Concept Development And Experimentation Directorate

Project lead within US Joint Forces Command, Joint Concept Development and Experimentation Directorate, Capabilities Support Group for Joint Integrated Persistent Surveillance, responsible for the development of Joint capabilities that integrate and synchronize persistent surveillance for mid-term warfighter requirements with implications for near-term problems. Capabilities developed comprise all aspects of military, multinational, and interagency planning, execution, and evaluation of persistent surveillance including integration of intelligence and operations for timely decision making by the Joint Force Commander. Responsible for the effective use and management of a two-year, $10 million experimentation campaign. Built and maintained a community of interest focused on improving persistent surveillance processes at the Joint Task Force level, yet applicable across all echelons and in multinational and interagency situations Developed a rigorous experimentation campaign to develop processes to better integrate operations, intelligence, and targeting functions across all echelons, mainly focused at the Joint Task Force Directed extensive review of all policy and regulations for the training and execution of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations, directed the development of improved processes for the tracking, visualization, and assessment of persistent surveillance operations. Oversaw and directed the expenditure of over $10 million for experimentation, contracting of material services, and constructive simulation experimentation environments.

Deputy and principal assistant to the Assistant Chief of Staff, G2, 4th Infantry Division for all aspects of planning, resourcing, coordination of intelligence, security operations, and training. Provided the Command Group timely, relevant, accurate and predictive intelligence as the Division conducted pre-deployment training, combat operations, transition of authority, redeployment to home station, recovery operations, trained and prepared for future deployments. Planned the architecture for the Division’s Intelligence Battlefield Operating System to ensure the synchronization of databases, organic and non-standard reconnaissance and surveillance assets, target acquisition and electronic warfare to support the Divisions mission. Finally, planned and executed, in conjunction with the G2 and G1, the distribution of all Military Intelligence Officers within the Division. Planned, developed, and implemented the Division’s Intelligence Architecture for the first digital division used to fight in a complex urban combat environment, including all Army Battle Command Systems, non-traditional data mining systems, and software to allow analysts at all echelons access to previously unavailable data due to communications bandwidth restriction. Planned and directed the management of over 1,600 Iraqi linguists, a critical resource during combat operations in Baghdad and the surrounding area, ensuring Division leaders, subordinate commanders. Planned, coordinated and directed the training of all intelligence personnel assigned to the division prior to deployment, including all intelligence disciplines and support available from combat support agencies, and interagency intelligence capabilities. Directed and supervised all division intelligence operations and functions during combat operations, ensuring the Commanding General and all subordinate commanders were given timely, accurate and predictive intelligence.

Led 114 Soldiers in producing the intelligence necessary to support the global contingency missions for the Division. Trained the Soldiers of the ACE, holding eight different military occupational specialties, to operate and fight with more than $35 million dollars worth of unique intelligence processing and communications equipment. Ensured the unit was prepared to deploy anywhere in the world. Answered the Commanding General’s Priority Intelligence Requirements by directing the efforts of the Division’s intelligence production, collection management, and dissemination sections; identified and tracked high value targets and conducted battle damage assessment; supervised the technical control and analysis of signals intelligence, counterintelligence analysis, and the analysis and production of imagery intelligence within the Division. Developed the intelligence architecture to fight the Intelligence battlefield operation system in any environment. Determined and established pre-deployment training requirements for all 210 Division intelligence personnel prior to operations in Baghdad, Iraq. Planned and coordinated for the necessary training resources which included all non-standard capabilities available to units in theater which resulted in more efficient and effective planning and execution of all intelligence operations. Planned and implemented a modular based intelligence architecture, adding over 20 software adjustments and fielded four major intelligence systems for the Division, all of which came together for a successful test and a highly successful exercise.

Senior Intelligence Officer for the Army’s first fully digitized heavy brigade combat team, comprised of six battalions, and four separate companies prepared for rapid worldwide deployment and warfighting operations. Responsible for providing the Brigade Commander an accurate assessment of the battlefield; ensured intelligence production to answer the commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements and optimized the lethality of the brigade’s combat systems. Responsible for all aspects of the brigade’s intelligence battlefield operating system including planning, collection, production, intelligence fusion and timely dissemination of relevant intelligence for all deployment, exercise and/or contingency operations.  Led a diverse team of military personnel in the targeting and tracking of key former Iraqi leadership resulting in the capture of over 1,200 enemy forces, three of whom were in the top 55, including Saddam Hussein. (Awarded two Bronze Star Medals for those actions) Established a brigade detention facility and supervise four battalion detention facilities to include all procedures for the chain of custody and evidence handling, interrogations, and detainee information packets which was recognized as the best system in theater and became the model for all other units, focused on detainee packets standing up in a court of law. Created and maintained a database of over 9,000 insurgents and groups to track activities and provide predictive analysis. Utilized numerous Army Battle Command Systems, as well as off the self capabilities to mine the collected data and build target folders in order to disrupt enemy activity. Coordinated all intelligence activities within the Brigade’s area of operations including activities with special forces, special operations forces, and other government agencies, building a team of highly trained individuals capable of conducting operations across the full range of military and nation building activities.
