My career began in general contracting, learning the business from the ground up. For the past 12 years, I've worked in a variety of strategic leadership positions in the construction industry – from private equity and consulting to software development and sustainable products. This experience, combined with my broad expertise in construction, provides me a multifaceted perspective on our industry. I'm bringing that perspective back to The Pepper Companies' operations – joining with the men and women at Pepper who serve our clients across the nation from offices in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Texas. At the core of every construction project is a pressing business need. Discerning and delivering what matters most for every client is the foundation of Pepper's commitment. Whether we are providing strategic counsel to improve constructability, empowering decisions with real-time information, or preserving an aggressive schedule with proactive solutions – we measure our success in terms of the value we deliver and how well we surpass our clients' expectations. Among our current projects are The 1060 Project - Wrigley Field Renovation and the John Buck high-rise at 200 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago; the UIndy Health Pavilion in Indianapolis; the Northern Kentucky University Recreation Center; the Houston Catalyst – a high rise residential project developed by The Marquette Companies, Hunt Companies, Inc., and Ares Management; and the Hamby Wastewater Treatment Plan Improvements in Abilene.
