 National manager of imaging systems for 200+ physician practices for Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) Within first year identified 22 unique PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) vendors across the enterprise, documented the business requirements and identified a standard PACS replacement resulting in an average of $45K implementation savings per location. Scoped new PACS projects including business requirements, network and hardware needs, obtained vendor quotes and executed implementations as a project manager. Implemented hardware standards and established a new global orders and results interface from the EMR to PACS to be used nationally. Identified image storage risk with 80+ OB/GYN offices and provided leadership with VNA resolution plan...project pending rollout. Identified end of life systems and processed software and hardware refresh plans for budgetary planning.
