Responsible for all Food & Beverage operations for this eight hundred room Hilton beach resort that has eight food & beverage venues and sixty four thousand square feet of function space. My duties also included assisting other executive committee members in directing daily flow for all areas of the hotel. Developed and managed F&B budgets and revenues that exceeded ten million dollar per year, achieved consistent profit margins in all controllable areas, implemented corporate food & beverage standards, negotiated & managed vendor contracts, implemented training classes, manuals and job descriptions that met ADA requirements, Human Resource directives as well as corporate brand standard policies.

My career has concentrated mostly on food and beverage with executive positions to the level of Regional Director of Operations. I have also held positions of General Manager, Human Resource Trainer and VP of Recruiting. The JW Marriott Washington DC, Marriott Marquee New York, Omni Inner Harbor Baltimore, Doubletree Chicago, Hilton Oceanfront Resort, Daytona Beach, Florida, Sheraton Golf Resort Fredericksburg, Virginia, Marriott Marquee Atlanta, Marriott Delray Beach as well as Area Training Manager for The Latham Hotels in Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia.I proudly started as a Marriott Banquet Housemen setting tables and chairs in college before I grew into my management career. I have extensive experience in all areas of hotel food & beverage operations that enabled productivity and profitability for the companies I managed for.
