I have directed hotel food and beverage operations for industry brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Omni, Guest Quarters Suites, Holiday Inn and management companies such as Pyramid Hotel Group, Meristar, HEI, Ocean Properties and Beacon Hospitality. A seasoned hospitality professional with experience in all market segments: Suburban, Downtown, Golf, Beach & Yacht Resorts, Airport and Pre-opening/Closing properties. My career has concentrated mostly on food and beverage with executive positions to the level of Regional Director of Operations. I have also held positions of General Manager, Human Resource Trainer and VP of Recruiting. I have extensive experience in all areas of hotel food & beverage operations that enabled productivity and profitability for the companies I managed for. My experience led me to develop and managed budgets and revenues that exceeded eighty million per year, achieved consistent profit margins in all controllable areas. I implemented corporate food & beverage standards, negotiated & managed vendor contracts, implemented training classes, job descriptions that met ADA and human resource directives. The staff was always compliant with corporate brand standard policies, QA directives as well as state regulations regarding food handling and alcohol responsible vendor certifications.
