WHY IT WORKS: Our company, Ibar Special Needs Trust Advisors (previously known as IBAR Settlement Company), has 30+ years experience working with over 700 families navigating the various challenges that confront them and their disabled loved one. Our services include, but are not limited to, assisting with public benefits eligibility (Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income); specialty vendors such as in-home care givers; home modification contractors; vehicle modifications for wheelchairs; medical supplies and equipment; physical therapy; alternative therapies; and other various services that benefit those who have a disability. HOW IT WORKS: Ibar Special Needs Trust Advisors partners with various corporate trustees (e.g. bank trust departments) whose primary function is to prudently and safely invest the funds to set aside in trust for the needs of the special needs individual. Ibar acts as the liaison between the family of the individual with a disability and the trustee as needs for services or items arise.
