Joined as General Manager of the Battery System Product Line, responsible for the development and manufacturing of energy storage battery systems.Made initial inroads into the development of household and commercial energy storage systems, and liquid-cooled power storage systems.

In 2015, the Beijing EVPS team joined Shanshan Group to establish "Ningbo EVPS Energy Storage Systems Co., Ltd." Built automated production lines and developed lithium battery Packs for logistics vehicles (Dongfeng, NLM, etc.) and passenger cars (Jiangling, Dearcc, Chery). Sequoia Capital invested in 2018, and the Anhui Chuzhou government provided facilities and funding of 1 billion, leading to the establishment of "Anhui EVPS Power Battery Co., Ltd." The Anhui cell production line of soft pack NCM and cylindrical LFP became operational. However, reduced national subsidies caused a crisis in the passenger car lithium battery sector. In 2020, proposed to abandon this sector, reduce the Pack team, and resigned as CEO.

Developed a complete electric system, including VCU, BMS, motor controllers, onboard chargers, and lithium battery Packs for the mid-to-high-end electric motorcycle market, primarily in Europe. In 2012, supplied lithium battery Packs and onboard chargers for over 30% market share in this market. In 2013, leveraged the Chinese government's comprehensive subsidy policy for electric vehicles to seek strategic investors for entry into the mainstream electric vehicle market.

Invited to join China-Kinwa in 2007, led the establishment of the lithium battery division, comprising three independent companies. Pursued vertical integration of the lithium battery industry chain, encompassing lithium battery anodes and electrolytes, soft pack ternary cells, BMS, vehicle chargers, and lithium battery Packs.

Developed and marketed products including RV inverters, power systems for US election voting machines, and universal chargers for 4S shops. Explored new applications for power electronics technology, with a focus on the solar and wind energy industries.
