Stan is the President, CEO of In Synk, Inc and Vice President of Development for NewsLink / PremAir Hospitality Group (a privately held airport concession developer/operator based in Miami, FL). Stan has 40+ years of experience in the development and operation of World Class Food and Retail concepts in this unique venues. In the early 90's, as the VP of Development of a multibillion dollar hospitality organization, Stan was the first executive to lead a team that developed and launched a branded concept strategy that transformed the airport concessions industry forever. In Synk, Inc provides consulting and strategic planning services to senior executives of leading food and retail organizations around the globe in the areas of product and concept development, real estate productivity, competitive positioning, customer segmentation, mergers and acquisitions. Stan is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, Marriott Executive Development Program. He holds an MBA from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management. Stan has been a featured speaker at various domestic and international industry events and has been a frequent guest lecturer at various colleges and universities. In addition to his involvement in the airport concessions industry Stan is a principal and serves as the Co Chairman of AppleMountain, LLC, a very successful, multi Unit Applebee's Franchise based in Salt Lake City, UTStan also serves as Board Chairman and advisor to EZ Splice, LLC a successful aftermarket marine accessory manufacturing company.Stan is active in numerous local community and civic organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of Bridging the Gap Africa Inc, a life saving non-profit organization based in Nairobi, Kenya.
