I'm an additive manufacturing leader and established artist with a passion for innovation and pushing the envelope. In the additive space, I've designed, launched, and grown concepts from a whiteboard drawing to executive sponsored programs with a direct impact to several thousand employees. With a passion for educating others, I've written, strategized, and deployed the industry's first corporate sponsored advanced manufacturing curriculum, driving cultural change and steering technology adoption at one of the world's largest automotive companies. I also lead GM's primary DIY maker space lab, with a focus on process automation, operational efficiency, and innovation; and have a passion for breaking defined processes to build a better one. With this mindset, I've leaned heavily into data analytics and software tools to automate 84% of engineering hours required and deploy the departments first data driven predictive model to estimate material and resource consumption. I love innovating and have filed four patents as an inventor in the additive space and have varying levels of hands-on experience in FDM, SLA, MJF, SLS, and LPBF.In regard to my art, I am an established artist. I've completing two sponsored artist residencies, been interviewed on CNN, and featured in a number of publications.
