I have been blessed that my executive management consulting business has been successful for the past 26 years. As my career begins to slow down and I'm headed for retirement, I have also been an amateur oil painting artist for the past 30 years. I hope to continue this hobby into retirement.In April 1997, Mr. Weber formed Stan P. Weber Executive Consulting for the purpose of providing executive-level consulting services to energy utilities worldwide, enabling those utilities to gain competitive advantage through enhanced business processes and the deployment of technology. Mr. Weber placed his consulting practice on hold and answered that call. His full time duties included administering the Church Staff, preaching responsibilities for both Sunday services, hospital visits, counseling, officiating weddings, baptizing and interacting with Church leadership on a weekly basis. In Oct. 2013 a new Sr. Pastor was called and Mr. Weber returned to his management consulting practice. From January 1986 to April 1997, Mr. Weber was an Associate Principal at Convergent Group and was among the original 4 founding members. He performed many of the original GIS cost-benefit studies for utilities in North America.From May 1978 to December 1985, Mr. Weber was a distribution engineer for Arkansas Power and Light (now Entergy). His responsibilities included providing distribution engineering expertise and direction.
