The service offerings and solutions have changed and grown substantially over the years but our reputation for success and customer care remains stellar. ICS Medtech/ICS Cyber Management began as the answer to the growing need 8 years ago for cyber security services and HIPAA compliance. Providing the same excellent service and client support the cyber security management business continues to grow at a rapid pace, adapting to ever changing threats, and changing regulatory requirements. Still with no perfect set of tools and services available in the cyber security market we developed our own solutions using best in class tools and our own automation programming and processes to meet the ever changing requirements and provide pervasive cyber security and forensic analysis at a cost other providers cannot approach. Our products and solutions are in use in small, medium and very large organizations that understand the threats to their business posed by cyber attacks and understand that the highest cost solution is usually not the most effective solution. Our cost structure makes it easy for us to serve the small and medium business or organization that the better known and much larger providers do not pursue and will not offer services. A unique aspect that I have employed is the complete separation of the technology services and MSP business and the cyber security business. Too many MSPs and technology service companies are combining the cyber services with the technology business. The first problem with this approach is that it is specifically stated as forbidden in most state breach laws and all federal standards. It makes sense, when did you ever meet an engineer that does not think his design is the best and cannot have vulnerabilities? Never, a technology provider must be monitored by the cyber provider.
