My path has been shaped by overcoming significant challenges, including surviving near-fatal bike and mountaineering accidents, navigating the end of a long-term marriage, and reinventing myself after losing a beloved career. Through growing and learning from these experiences, I have developed radical acceptance and gratitude for all that life brings. My upbringing in a family of clinicians and scientists sharpened my analytical skills, while my life experiences cultivated a deep sense of empathy and emotional intelligence, balancing head and heart in my coaching.As Director of Education for ICF Colorado, I have raised the bar for speaker quality and enriched our educational programs, driven by a commitment to advancing coaching mastery and elevating the profession globally.Personally, I’m fueled by my love for nature, outdoor exercise, and mindfulness.
