-Monitored all Piping Activities in CCC Fabrication Shop which had a daily production of 5000 inches per day including activity in LDY and delivery to site.-Prepared all Engineering Documentation: selected drawings of Structural steel and Platform, ISO and P&ID of DRESS-UP Piping for Equipment Ethylene Cracking Area. -Pursued all site activities for Dress-Up Equipment which contained montages of piping, supports, structural steel on equipment laid on special platform at level 0 and then erection one time the equipment already furnished.-Ensured Engineering supervision of all mechanical construction, welding, fabrication and inspections such as NDT, Post Weld Heat Treatment, Piping pressure test, Piping Fabrication, Erection, and Equipment Erection. -Controlled all ISO and P&ID for ETHYLENE CRACKING PLANT, detailed System of Piping and selected Pneumatic TEST PACKAGES, evaluated size and type of compressors (pressure and volume) and necessary manpower for test.-Reviewed P&ID, General arrangement Drawings and Hydro “TEST PACK” Solving Construction Day to Day Problems and ensured that ISO of Piping Systems comply with P &ID as per client requirements.-Review of ITP, Method statement and Specifications According to Project Specifications.-Ensured subcontractor activities are carried out in accordance with approved Subcontractor Quality Plan.-Defined commissioning Systems, hand over priorities and reviewed the commissioning spare parts & consumables.-Attended regular meetings with the client supervisors to report the status of all pre-commissioning such as outstanding construction and prioritizing the remaining items.-Coordinated QC department, agreed by ARAMCO Saudi Arabia, for inspection Piping material, Structural Steel and Equipment arrived in JGC warehouse before erection. -Certificated Constructor’s Monthly Payment Bills for Fabrication Shop and erection Dress-Up equipment.

PERIOD: June 2007 – July 2009 for AGIPKCO -ENI GROUPE - main client. Position: Piping Supervisor in Kashagan Field Development, Experimental Project, in KARABATAN , KAZACKHSTAN. Pursued Engineering Supervision in Fabrication Shop for piping spool, piping supports and structural steel. Controlled all Fabrication Documents from Materials Request Form (MRF), Certificates of Materials, ensured that all fabrication is done only with issued technical documents as per fabrication flow approved by Engineering Department.-Checked Documentations of Piping Spools and allowed for fabrication only on base of material availability and site wise erection.-Ensured for Fabrication and Construction the latest revision in drawings, ISO, procedures, Site Instructions.-Followed up all processes for Piping Fabrication from detailing spools ISO, procurement and traceability materials on process flow, welding map, PWHT, NDE, Dimensional Checking, and QC Release.-Supervised spool deliveries to all Constructors: MSS, BONATTI, CCC as per contracts and site priorities.-Monitored the welder’s performance and welding activities in accordance with the approved Welding Specifications and Procedures and Welding Qualification Record.-Maintained Welder Qualification Records / Welding Specifications and Procedures.-Organized, planed and participated to periodical HSE walk around, Inspections and Audits on site, prepared all the relevant reports, action plans.-Cooperated on line managers for implementing the HSE System of promoting safety attitude and training construction personnel-Lead and coordinated the HSE construction activities and signed all necessary work permit.-Controlled and Certificated Constructor’s Monthly Payment Bills.
