He continues to offer sophisticated and personalized legal services to his clients without big firm rates.During the course of Stan’s career, he has represented clients ranging from small private companies to large public companies in a wide array of industries, including construction, technology, biotechnology, financial services, energy, consumer and business-to-business products and services, and SaaS and internet services.Stan has substantial experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, asset acquisitions and sales, stock acquisitions and sales, strategic partnerships, and corporate reorganizations. Such transactions have ranged in transaction value from hundreds of thousands of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. Stan also has substantial experience in representing companies raising money (through equity, debt or combinations of both) from third parties, including banks, angel investors, venture capital funds, and private equity funds.
