As a seasoned healthcare management executive, I bring over 27 years of medical device and services leadership to assist companies in developing their talent solutions in sourcing the correct experience for their leadership roles. Prior to launching 3D Executive Search Partners, I provided private-consultancy services to leading healthcare investment firms where my responsibility was assessing organizational structure and leveraging results to reorganize and guide executive teams through the change process. I analyzed corporate culture, sales processes, operational strategies, training curriculum as well as retraining or replacing management and sales teams as needed,I previously held sales leadership positions for healthcare organizations such as U.S. Surgical, Sulzer SpineTech, CCS Medical, and Bioform Medical Inc. I was accomplished in selecting, assembling and guiding cross-disciplinary teams and excelled at creating and managing profit-oriented budgets. My range of experiences allowed me to gain knowledge and expertise in the surgical arenas of general, spine, ob-gyn and plastics, as well as the field of dermatology, wound care, diabetes and aesthetics. Specializing in targeted search and placement for medical device sales and operations leadership roles, I believe that people are the foundation of my clients’ success and they are also representatives of their brand as well my firm’s reputation in the marketplace.I've always been amazed at the process that many companies utilize of hiring their new employees only from the candidates that happen to be currently looking for a job or only from those that happen to apply to their job posting.
