As time progressed he was employed by various agencies as a user interface designer, support request manager and front-end developer of over 60 different websites. With strong communication, leadership and multi-tasking skills and several years of managing his own freelance projects, it was a no-brainer to jump head first into the Project Manager role. Since the move into the PM position Stan has successfully managed over 50 digital projects for different agencies from ideation to launch ranging in value from $20k to nearly $6 million.IMPROVING EFFICIENCY- Designed bi-weekly interaction meetings between sales and production departments to improve communication and bring forth immediate risk acknowledgement in the Proposal and Estimation phases of projects. This improved project estimation, proposal and SOW completion time frames resulting in a higher rate of project wins- Designed and created a new estimation guide for estimating digital projects which yielded in more accurate project estimates and higher profit marginsMANAGING & DELIVERING- Managed and released the single most valuable mobile app for the Masco/Behr corporation; an enterprise iOS app that is used by more than 400 sales reps throughout over 2200 Home Depot stores for re-ordering Behr paint colorants- Managed and released a product testimonial web based app for Amway US which was the most well received digital marketing project within the Amway US corporationINNOVATING & TREND SETTING- Managed and released the first version of the Android MindBody Express app which included Scheduling, Client Management and Point of Sale features- Managed and released the first version of the Android Behr ColorSmart app which included Exploring Colors, Color Matching and Previewing Color features
