Clinical Lead on Test and Trace program, responsible for data analytics• Was part of a small national team of Clinical Leads supporting the delivery of the Test and Trace system across England.• Managed a virtual workforce by providing senior clinical leadership and advice to Call-handlers, Team Leaders, and Team Managers who provided the initial point of contact of cases/contacts of COVID-19. • Managed the escalation of issues to PHE/UKHSA, Local Authorities, and 119 using the Contact Tracing Delivery Model.• Provided clinical management oversight, advice, and input into CTAS processes where they were relevant for the effective clinical management for citizens.• Actively participated in stakeholder management across internal and external teams.• Tracked tasks allocated to Level 2 Team Leaders and ensured required work was delivered, outputs produced, and deadlines met.• Contributed to necessary on-going development of protocols, guidance, and standard operating procedures as well as the implementation of policies. • Ensured workers’ wellbeing was maintained, and that call handlers and team managers were confident with the tools and processes required to undertake their roles.

As editor of Team in Practice, I commission articles and check the scientific content along with my editorial board. My mission is to move the publication to an electronic format in the future.
