Mr. Stanford Y.F. Siu has been working in the Real estate industry since 2005 starting off as a REALTOR® Assistant, gradually acquiring a real estate license himself. Through working with a lot of different types of clients, he discovered the need to assist his clients with financing, so he decided to pursue his mortgage broker license as well. Since buying and selling real estate requires assisting clients with renovations and project managing different needs of the client, Stanford felt that his experience should be furthered, and thereafter pursued a builder’s license in 2010. Stanford works on single family dwellings, two-family dwellings, townhouses, multi-family, and low rise mixed use/multi-family projects. His role is usually performing development management consultation, which happens before and during the development process. Some of these roles are Marketing and Sales Consultation, Project Syndication and Project Management. Mr. Stanford Siu’s family immigrated from Hong Kong in the Late 1960’s and has resided in Vancouver ever since. Heavily active in the business community, the Siu family participates in many different social and business circles. In 2017, the Siu Family’s family business Tinbo Resources Group, based in Hong Kong, listed on the QianHai Equity Exchange. This is the beginning of a very exciting future for growth and expansion of business internationally.
