* Corporate Real Estate strategist directing a talented team managing a $1.5B real estate portfolio. Responsible for all facets of strategic planning including various financial initiatives such as goodwill accounting, disposition, various leasehold and alternative workplace strategies. This initiative included strong communication and collaboration with senior management at Wells Fargo as well as lease transaction, property and project management, and financial analysis.* As Director of Corporate Real Estate, transformed the Corporate Properties Group at Wells Fargo Financial into a key strategic partner within the organization. This involved initiating and leading the efforts to integrate and align Corporate Properties, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Investment Technology, and Executive Management. In addition, corporate policies were established along with a 5 year capital budget forecast and best practice program aimed at managing expenses during a dynamic growth phase.

- Initiated an entrepreneurial "Lift Out" of the internal Asset/Facility Management services at the Principle Financial Group creating a separate and stand alone full service real estate firm providing a full service corporate real estate platform. - As a Partner at Terrus Real Estate Group, led the business development and consulting services resulting in an increase in revenue by 25% over a three year period. This entrepreneurial initiative involved establishing a solid service delivery platform, negotiating multiple customer/client agreements, and client satisfaction.
