Stan is a proven urban planner and public sector leader with work in over thirty communities creating and implementing development policies and processes in a timely manner. As both city staff and as a consultant he has helped to develop over twenty-five community plans and over twenty-five development regulation updates in communities ranging in size from Fort Worth to Ovilla. Stan has served as a staff member or as contracted staff extension in eight communities around Texas, and has also provided Geographic Information System service as well. Additionally, he has been a speaker and instructor at numerous local and state events including the Texas American Planning Association Conference, the Texas Forest Service Changing Roles Conference, and the Freese and Nichols University.
