Operation BBQ Relief is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation founded in May, 2011 in response to a need for relief efforts in tornado-stricken Joplin, Missouri. The Joplin operation has been used as a model for all the future disasters. We have improved and have better equipment today then we did at the start. But today we have volunteers in 47 states and some in Canada! We have deployed to 15 tornadoes, 5 hurricanes/floods, 1 wildfire and 1 explosion. During the deployment for Hurricane Sandy we had multiple relief locations in New York and New Jersey that we were serving food from. This was big learning experience for us! Is responsible for managing and coaching the development of the Personal Lines Growth Consultants that work in the field. My territory is 12 states and I have 18 growth consultants. Additionally, I am responsible for the results of all personal lines products,within the assigned zone, developing and executing the business and strategic plans that will generate short and long-term profitable growth.

I worked with the personal lines growth consultants in the local offices to drive sales through our agency force.

I work with our District Managers who are responsible to recruit and train agents. I am also responsible for the growth results for the western half of the state of Missouri. I am a registered prinicple over our agents that are registered reps.
