We have created a big all-round application for employee management with these modules: customizable onboarding employee and offboarding employees, People Workflows, time tracking, customer and contract register, contracts offer and approvals, fixed and deviance tasks, Time-off-management, People Digital Handbooks, .... Backend is implemented in the Symfony framework. Mostly I worked on creating new APIs that are consumed by mobile apps and frontend and database migrations on MariaDB. Development of new features and maintenance of Human Resource Management application for the Norwegian market. The application manages highly customizable shift plans, work stats, company processes, absences, employee talks, injuries, measures taken, law obligations, notifications, and provides various reports. My primary responsibilities were developing new and maintaining existing features (by writing Unit tests and improving the old codebase) for a custom framework in PHP and MySQL.
